Jazzing Up the Uniform

By Laura Lopez

Here at the Mother Caroline Academy we all get the same uniform: blue and red skirt with lines on it as a design and a blue shirt with a logo on it with name of the school. But even though we all have to wear the same thing we all have a little something that makes our style a bit more fashionable. Some students in the 5th grade like to use jewelry such as their bracelets with their names on them. Some don’t wear bracelets; they use a headband with a bow on top and earrings. Some don’t wear earrings (which always have to be small) they only wear headband with a bow on top. Some just wear earrings! Some students wear big bows on their shoes instead of just plain black shoes. In the 6th grade they also use some earrings, necklaces and headbands but not as many bows. The 7th grade uses a lot of earrings mostly, and the 8th grade uses earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. Each grade has their own style of bracelets and headbands that they wear.

SPOTTTED! Cool accessories at Mother Caroline!

Jadyn in the 5th grade wears earrings with colorful feathers: light blue, light green and light pink!

Aniah, also in the 5th grade, wears a black headband with a big blue bow and white polka dots.

Nicole in the 5th grade wears different kinds of earrings. One of them is two small red balls with a bigger third ball underneath.

Hunessa in the 5th grade wears black Uggs with jeans, which makes a nice outfit with the blue uniform shirt on Jeans and Polo Day.

Anicia in the 5th grade wears fake pink nails that look real and fashionable.

Kamille has a fashionable thin hair scrunchy with two red balls.

Christine has a rubber bracelet with the colors blue, white and red.

Genesis has a stretchy bracelet with a wooden fish with the name Jesus on it.

Rianna wears sparkly hoops!

Anna uses little light blue clear star earrings.

Nicole has little polka dot bows that match the uniform.
