Cheetahs

By Camille Taylor

Cheetahs

· Cheetahs are the fastest land mammal in the world. They can run from 0 to 60 miles (96 kilometers) an hour in only three seconds. They use there speed and good eye sight to catch their prey. Cheetahs hunt for preys in the day because they are able to hide their body in the grass. When the cheetah is ready it runs off to catch its prey. Then if they catch it they drag it to a shady spot to hide it and protect it from other animals. Cheetahs only need one drink every three to four days.

· Some things I like about cheetahs are …

o They run fast.

o They have a nice coat of fur.

o They have nice eyes.
