Foods Not to Eat

I know lots of people like to eat McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, and Subway but do you know how much grease you’re eating. There are some foods you can eat and some not here is listing of food you can eat.

Wendy’s

· Garden side salad

· Baked potato without sour cream or chives

· Cesar side salad without dressing

· Small chili

· Sliced apples (green or red)

McDonalds

· Side salad (without dressing)

· Garden salad

· Apple dippers

Subway

  • Tomato sandwiches
  • Turkey breast wrap
  • Club salad
  • Grilled chicken breast strips salad
  • Veggie delite salad
  • Grilled chicken breast and baby spinach salad
  • Turkey breast and ham salad
  • Turkey breast salad
  • Vegetable beef soup

Burger King

  • Side garden salad

It seems as if Burger King isn’t so healthy
